The breakfast was amazing, reasonably priced and with top quality ingredients. The location seemed particularly good and fab in a bay of the 4 vehicle car park. Plus, you could explore Grizedale Arts.  

The unit we got was generous-sized and budget with a nice view, the bedroom, a large table.

Super and amazing selection for breakfast with lovely view, Eggs Benedict and best local ingredients. Fab location by the church, really comfortable facilities.

The location to be fair you do n't expect that hot in the lakes was great and lovely. Also, there was Grizedale Arts near the venue. The room was perfectly clean with a separate single bed when upgraded. 

Really tasty and amazing breakfast with toast, lovely view plus Eggs Benedict, excellent service.

Poorly trained staff!

The place was overall clean and tasteful, had extremely helpful and incredibly attentive staff with the manager and bar staff. The room was new-fashioned and well-appointed, and with an exceptional view of the mountain. 

It is a nicely presented hotel with new-fashioned rooms and exceptional views onto mountains. The room is reasonably priced. The location of the property in Coniston is good, just off the mountains and an indian restaurant. An attached restaurant has awesome meals.  

This was an excellent stay for one night. Got perfectly clean double room with a view when arrived, enjoyed that. The staff were pleasant and exceptional and the location was amazing on areas of free parking. Furthermore, we could

Its location was great, right in the centre of town, and in a wonderful area. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Fantastic breakfast, lovely and helpful staff, comfortable and clean beds, warm and welcoming atmosphere, beautiful views from some rooms.

Got immaculate room with comfy beds as expected, loved it. The hotel had a perfect location near Grizedale Arts.

I appreciated the room with comfy beds. The location was cosy, for example, Steam Yacht Gondola was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The breakfast here is amazing and they have a wide selection of delicious treats. The rooms are modern and luxurious, with really comfy beds, a kettle, air conditioning and an iron. It's in a great location, close to the city center 

Loved the double room I was given, it had a kettle, central heating and television. Its location was very central, 100 metres from Black Bull. The staff was PLEASANT, accommodating all the time.
